Why I stopped writing... and why I’m starting again, differently.

Hello 👋🏾

It’s been 398 days since I last sent you a newsletter . And honestly? That version of the newsletter didn’t feel right.

I called it Career Curator. But it started to feel like I was just collecting ideas, not actually offering anything that helped. And if I wouldn’t read it… I can’t expect you to.

So I’m starting fresh with a new name and a much clearer purpose.

It’s called Monday Career Notes.

No hype. No hustle. Just one useful perspective on work and careers, every Monday morning.

I do career coaching and HR work, but I’m still in the system too. I'm not speaking from a pedestal cause I'm living it too.

I’ll write about the things we don’t always say out loud:

  • Feeling stuck in a job that looks great on paper

  • Wanting more without knowing what “more” really means

  • Trying to grow without burning out

  • Helpful tips on job searching and career advice

  • And why clarity is sometimes more powerful than confidence

I hope these short notes will help you think differently, feel less alone, and take action (when it’s time).

The first new edition lands this coming Monday.

If that sounds like something you want to keep getting, amazing. You don’t need to do anything. You’re still subscribed.

But if not, that’s completely okay too. You can unsubscribe at the bottom. No hard feelings at all.

Thanks for being here.

More soon.

Keith
